[ FOR AGENTS ]

Find out if AI
recommends you.

Everything published on this site is free and always will be. But the questions on it are the ones everybody asks. The questions that decide your business are more specific — your neighborhoods, the kind of places you sell or rent, and your own name.

Tell us which ones matter to you and we'll ask ChatGPT all of them, every day, on your own page.

Read this before you buy anything. Both paid plans are information about yourself, and nothing else. Neither one puts you on a public list, at any price. Those lists come out of a program that publishes on its own, with nobody approving them first. Paying customers get no placement, no preference and no early look — and neither do Position Strategy Group's clients. If that were ever untrue, this site would be worth nothing to you either.

[ WHO RUNS THIS ]
Check The
Scoreboard is
built by PSG.

Position Strategy Group is an AEO consultancy — answer engine optimization, which is the work of getting a business named when people ask AI for a recommendation. We built Check The Scoreboard as our own measuring tool, then made it public because the numbers turned out to be more interesting than we expected.

The plans above are the tool. If you want the work done rather than measured, that's what the consultancy does: strategy — which questions are worth going after in your market and which aren't; data — everything above, plus tracking across more engines as we add them; and execution — profiles rewritten, pages written and published, directories and press handled for you. One agent per neighborhood.

And the part worth saying out loud: because we own both, the lists here are generated automatically and nobody reviews them before they publish — including us. Our own clients get no advantage on them.

Talk to Position Strategy Group

Can I pay to be listed higher?

No — not for any amount, on any plan. The lists come from a program that publishes on its own, with nobody approving them first. If we ever sold a spot, this site would be worth nothing to you either.

What counts as a question?

Anything a real person might type into ChatGPT. "Best rental agent in the East Village." "Who should I hire to sell a co-op on the Upper West Side." Or just your own name. You choose them, and we'll tell you which ones people actually ask.

Do I get any advantage on the public lists if I pay?

None at all. Paying tracks questions privately for you. It doesn't touch anything that gets published. Same goes for Position Strategy Group's consulting clients.

Who owns this site?

Position Strategy Group, an AEO consultancy. We built it as our own measuring tool and made it public. That's a conflict of interest and we'd rather you hear it from us: the lists are produced automatically by a program, nobody approves them before they publish, and our clients get no preference on them.

Is it the same price for everyone?

The first two are. $99 and $299, posted publicly, never negotiated — everyone pays what you see. The Custom plan is quoted per person, because the work and the number of neighborhoods you lock are different every time.

What does the Custom plan actually cost?

It depends on how many neighborhoods you want and how much of the work you want done for you. For comparison, agents in New York commonly pay $1,000 to $5,000 a month for Zillow Premier Agent leads. We'll give you a real number on a call, not a range on a website.

How quickly will my answer change?

We ask every day, so your page updates every day. Whether ChatGPT changes its mind about you is slower — usually weeks or months, not days. Anyone promising faster is guessing.

What if I'm not named anywhere?

That's the most common result, and it's the useful one. Most agents aren't named for anything except their own name. Knowing which questions you're missing from is where the work starts.
